OUR SERVICES

We provide our users with individual solutions together with corporate solutions. Our services are given below.

VENTILATION AND COOLING SYSTEMS

Business centers, hotels, restaurants, schools, hospitals, offices, factories, entertainment centers, sports halls, swimming pools, cinemas, theaters, shops, bank branches, shopping centers, warehouses, according to the conditions requested by our expert staff project and application is done by our expert staff. Our people must pay great attention to the selection of these systems. more important than the visual parameters in the building temperature, humidity, fresh air amount, filtration, cleaning, air quality control, noise and vibration control parameters such as.

Climate control and comfort in modern buildings is an important design element. Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning, HVAC systems control the climate, temperature and air flow in buildings and help ensure the comfort of the environment. HVAC systems are also important for the health of the inhabitants. Because climatic conditions are well regulated and kept constant at appropriate values, molds, etc. keep harmful organisms away from the environment. In addition, energy saving is provided by low energy consumption by the automation of HVAC systems.

In the heating, cooling and ventilation sectors, technology is developing day by day and the expectations of end users from the sector are becoming more complex and comprehensive. In addition, the need for ecological balance and environment-friendly, sustainable and innovative solutions, and the need for research and development activities clearly show that energy costs are rising rapidly and energy efficiency is becoming more important.

CENTRAL HEATING SYSTEMS

Heating systems are systems operating with the principle of meeting the heat loss from indoor to outdoor environment (environment) in order to keep the usage areas at the desired temperature. Central and local (regional) can be divided into two main headings.

Central heating is generally used in large buildings in cold climates. The system includes a central boiler or heater for heating the fluid to be used (water, air or steam), piping for the distribution of heated fluid, and final heat conductors (radiators, fancoils, heat apparatus, etc.) for transferring heat to ambient air. The final heat conductors are a heat exchanger which transmits heat to the medium by convection. There are also central heating installations in the buildings where floor heating is provided by embedding special pipes under the floor.

The whole system has a pump that circulates the heating water. Hot water is typically used to feed another heat exchanger to provide domestic hot water stored in a water tank. Air is circulated through air duct systems in heating systems. Duct systems can also be used for cooling and air conditioning (combi) and can clean air through filters.

Local heating systems generally have the same principles as central heating. Here, however, users heat their buildings individually, not from a common (central) system. As with central heating, hot water heating systems can be used. In this case, users use heating devices called combi boilers or floor heating to heat the radiators in their apartments. These devices are smaller than the boilers and compact devices. Circulation pumps are usually on the device. In addition, individual heating devices such as air conditioning (hot air convection), stoves (solid fuel, electric or liquid fuel such as kerosene) and fireplaces are also widely used today.

What is a cascade system?

The material used in condensing boilers is different from that used in other boilers. As the costs of these special materials are higher, the price increases as the boiler size increases. The cascade system eliminates the high cost of large boilers. The cascade system consists of multiple devices according to the needs of your installation. Devices working side by side operate modulated. Interconnected and proportionally controlled cascades can be more economical in terms of investment cost than a single big boiler. Accordingly, instead of a single 100Kw boiler, using 51Kw 2 cascades will cost you less. You can use up to 8 devices for your cascade system.

In cascade system, all devices operate in proportional control (modulation). All boilers must be connected to the control unit for simultaneous control. When there is a change in the room temperature you set, the first boiler starts up and operates in 100% efficiency. The system looks at the time the boiler reaches the desired temperature. It compares this time to the predetermined target time. The system, which decides that the operating boiler cannot reach the specified temperature in this period, tries to reach its target by activating a second boiler to a minimum level. The same process is repeated until the installation reaches the specified temperature within the target time. Thanks to the electronic control system, the temperature settings of several zones can be adjusted at the same time. This reduces your heating costs and makes a significant difference to your bill.

UNDERFLOOR HEATING SYSTEMS

As it is known, energy and energy consumption have become a problem all over the world in recent years and economic ways are being sought in energy consumption. Therefore, the underfloor heating system has started to develop rapidly in European countries. After 1980, the implementation of this method was started in our country and thousands of m2 settlement area is still heated by this system.

In the system, the required heating is provided with warm water of 40-50 C, all kinds of solid liquid combustible material, the absorption of solar rays, especially the ”Heat Pump Solar Collector” integrated system can meet the required energy needs.

Underfloor heating system ensures homogeneous heat distribution.

There is almost no heat difference between the rooms. Heat accumulation on the ceiling seen in classical heating systems is not possible for this system. Since heat is stored in building building elements, thermal comfort is not affected much by sudden changes in temperature.

Houses (apartments, villas, schools, hospitals, mosques, mass housing (cooperative), Turkish bath, swimming pools, greenhouses, airports, roads, etc. are used in hot flooring places where the

heat is spread from an entire floor area and homogeneous in the room It provides the most suitable and economical heating for human structure by providing heat distribution. It is not a disturbing drop in the air humidity of the place since the floor surface temperatures are average 28 C. (Reduction in air humidity increases upper respiratory tract infections).

In floor heating, it is recommended that the movement in the room is low and that germs do not grow. The fact that the useless hot air hangings, which are not prevented to occur in the radiator system, especially in the areas close to the ceiling and heater, have been completely eliminated in the “floor heating system getirmek brings this system up to 30-50 energy saving. When the floor heating system is applied to greenhouses, it saves 47% energy compared to conventional greenhouse heating and provides more yields per year.

Since there are no radiators etc. in the room, decor can be made as desired. Since the entire building floor is not insulated, heat insulation and sound impermeability are provided between the floors.

Underfloor heating does not make dust underfloor heating does not support the survival of mite insects is healthy. Underfloor heating systems, which have been calculated and applied with the actual amounts of heat, create a living environment that is uniform and suitable for human anatomy.

The armpit temperature of a healthy person is 36.5 ° C. It is between 20 and 22 ° C in the air around a healthy person. It is ideal to keep the soles of the feet at 23-25 degrees.

Underfloor heating is an economical system. Underfloor heating is more economical in the first investment because it provides 20% saving in other quality heating systems, 50% in operating costs and little maintenance costs.
FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEMS

The fire installation is responsible to intervene until the fire department arrives, extinguish small fires and provide facilities to assist the fire department when it arrives. In addition to the loss of life from fire, the most important way to prevent or reduce damages is to eliminate the factors that cause the fire and to take measures that can respond to the fire immediately. According to the examinations, taking fire safety considerations is more economical than extinguishing the fire and damaging the fire. It is not possible to build a building as fireproof. Then the best thing to do is to make it safe. The points we pay attention to in the fire installation we have done are as follows; Fire installation is done separately from the water installation by using galvanized or black steel pipes.

Choose the easiest places to install the fire cabinets. Under the fire column there shall be a non-reversible valve and a sealed valve that separates the fire installation and remains open at all times. The valve is selected from the rising spindle type so that it can be easily seen to be open and can only be closed when the installation part it controls becomes useless or in maintenance and repair situations. At the top of the installation, there must be an automatic air vent to discharge the air in the pipes. It also facilitates the emptying of pipes if necessary. The pipes must be protected against corrosion. Primers and protective paints must be applied first. The piping route must not pass through areas with corrosive effects or electrical hazards. The pipe connection is made using threaded connections, flanged connections, welded connections or clamped grooved connections using fittings. It must be able to withstand the operating pressure required by the standards, regardless of the pipe type and connection type. Pipes should never carry their own weight. The pipes are fixed to walls, ceilings, structural support elements or specially made brackets, pipe hangers, stands or clamps. It is ensured that there is no residues of flax, construction and metal residues in the pipes. These residues can cause blockages in the installation. Pipes should never carry their own weight. Low Dangerous Places: Buildings, hospitals, schools

Medium Dangerous Places: Production units, textiles, ovens

High Dangerous Places: Dying houses, buildings producing plastic, places producing flammable and explosive liquid or gas etc.
What is Split Air Conditioner?

Split air conditioners; Independent units and environmentally friendly gases they use are very efficient new generation air conditioners. Due to its economic and practical use, it is very common.

Split air conditioning is a general name given to air conditioners used for both heating and cooling the environment. Indoor and outdoor units in air conditioners operate independently of each other. Split's English meaning is “discrete”, “separating”, “split”. This name is given because the indoor and outdoor units are separate. Due to the limited living spaces in city life, it is of great advantage to connect more than one indoor unit to a single outdoor unit to provide cooling or heating operations. It is the most widely used air conditioner worldwide. As the demand is high, new generation air conditioning technologies have also focused on split air conditioners. It has a wide range of products.

Some Features of Split Air Conditioner

Split air conditioners are air conditioners produced with new air conditioning systems. In these air conditioners, refrigerants called hid R410A ”which are hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) mixtures are used. Split air conditioners; mono split and multi split systems.

Mono split air conditioners; consists of indoor and outdoor units. It is often used in smaller spaces, such as houses, cafes and restaurants.

Multi split air conditioners; It consists of two or three indoor units. There is only one outdoor unit. Multiple indoor units can be connected to a single outdoor unit. It is generally used in workplaces, stores, shopping malls, schools, hospitals, meeting and concert halls. It is a very economical and space saving air conditioning system.

Types of split air conditioners; Split air conditioners varying according to the environment in which they are used such as wall type, hall type, floor type, ducted type, concealed ceiling type are produced with designs suitable for the areas to be air-conditioned.

How to Choose the Right Air Conditioner?

When choosing an air conditioner, the most important consideration should be in what environment and under which conditions you will use the air conditioner. Considering these conditions, a choice you make will increase the efficiency you receive from the air conditioner and extend the life of your air conditioner. Energy consumption is also noticeably low. If you are going to use your air conditioner for 6-10 hours a day, it is better to choose inverter air conditioners which are the products of a new technology. These products automatically stop when they reach the desired temperature and go into sleep mode. In this way, their use is more practical and their energy consumption is less. If you are looking for a product that will last a few hours instead of using it for a long time, you may prefer standard, in other words, on-off air conditioners. These models, they do not automatically switch off when the set temperature is reached. These products, where switching on and off manually, are more affordable than inverter air conditioners. The place where you will use your air conditioner is one of the factors you should pay attention to when choosing air conditioner. If the air conditioning space is small, the air conditioner you purchase should be small. For larger venues such as lounges and amphitheaters, lounges with larger dimensions may be preferred. In addition, mobile air conditioners, which are another type of air conditioner, can be used in different places due to being portable.
